Plea of GUILTY entered as to Counts 1, 29, and 35 of the Fourth Superseding Indictment in CR17-00104-JMS-KJM and as to Count 1 of the Information in CR21-00096-JMS by Defendant Leihinahina Sullivan. Court accepts the guilty plea as to Counts 1, 29, and 35 of the Fourth Superseding Indictment in CR17-00104-JMS-KJM and as to Count 1 of the Information CR21-00096-JMS, and the Defendant is adjudged guilty.
