Growth rates of two PDMT fractions with molecular weights 1.23 × 104 and 1.04 × 105 have been obtained over the range 273.0–278.2 K. Analysis of the experimental data shows a break in the temperature coefficient. This transition is identical to that previously observed from data on overall rates and it is related to a Regime I-Regime II transition. The Regime II-Regime III transition, reported elsewhere from dilatometric measurements, is not accessible experimentally from microscopy. No relationship between regime breaks and major morphological changes on the supermolecular level has been observed." @default.
