The alloy-effect model is also compared with the quantum-size-effect model for the interpretation of the results, particularly the temperature dependence of the PL intensity and the well-layer thickness (${mathrm{L}}_{mathrm{W}}$) dependence of the PL efficiency. These results are also consistent with the quantum-size-effect model.
