The method proved highly versatile for synthesizing solid and hollow spherical meso/microporous nanoparticles. The spherical mesoporous TiO2 nanoparticles photocatalytically degraded methylene blue in water under UV irradiation, and successfully transported DNA under biolistic bombardment." @default.
