- W2359592849 abstract "Traditional ancient village,as a kind of cultural heritage,has the use value and non-use value.Taking Zhang Guying ancient village as an example,the paper applied the important methods of the current international popular measure for environmental items of economic value,conditional value method(CVM)and calculating the willingness to pay(WTP),and obtained the results of 1.316billion Yuan a year.The existence value is 555.9million Yuan,the heritage value is 410million Yuan and the choice value is 346.6million Yuan.By using logistic regression analysis,it is concluded that the willingness to pay by local residents and tourists are influenced by the income,age and education degree,etc.We suggested that the contradiction between the local residents and ZhongKun Company should be solved as soon as possible so as to protect and keep sustainable development of the Zhang Gu-ying traditional ancient village." @default.
