The patient underwent a valve sparing aortic root replacement according to David procedure using Gelweave Valsalva graft (Vascutec) No 28 The time of cardiopulmonary bypass was 137 minutes; the time of aortic cross-clamping was 107 minutes. The patient was discharged from the hospital in a satisfactory condition in 21 days after the operation. Pregnancy was prolonged and ended with a planned cesarean section at 38 weeks of gestation, the birth of a boy with an Apgar score of 7/8.В статье представлен клинический случай протезирования корня аорты по методике David у 36 летней беременной пациентки с синдромом Марфана на 27 неделе гестации с последующим успешным пролонгированием беременности. Показаниями для реконструктивного вмешательства с искусственным кровообращением (ИК) служили: недостаточность аортального клапана 3 - 4 ст., наличие аневризмы синусов Вальсальвы (66 мм.) и восходящего отдела аорты (53 мм) с быстрым увеличением размеров корня аорты (12 мм за 9 недель). Пациентке выполнено клапансохраняющее протезирование корня аорты по методике Дэвид синтетическим дакроновым протезом Васкутек Вальсальва # 28. Время ИК составило 137 минут, время пережатия аорты (ИМ) – 107 минут. Пациентка выписана из стационара в удовлетворительном состоянии на 21 сутки после операции. Беременность была пролонгирована и закончилась плановым кесарево сечением (КС) на 38 неделе беременности, рождением мальчика с оценкой по шкале Апгар- 7/8 баллов." @default.
