Untuk memperbaiki capaian hasil belajar dapat diterapkan variasi model pembelajaran traffic light card. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi awal, kondisi akhir dan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menerapkan model pembelajaran traffic light card dan model pembelajaran konvensional. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental dikhususkan kepada pola nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan observasi dan tes. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan penilaian observasi, aktivitas peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen termasuk kategori baik, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol termasuk kategori cukup. Sedangkan hasil penilaian observasi aktivitas guru termasuk kategori baik di kedua kelas. Kondisi awal peserta didik yang menerapkan model pembelajaran traffic light card dan model pembelajaran konvensional tidak ada perbedaan, sedangkan kondisi akhir kemampuan peserta didik yang menerapkan model pembelajaran traffic light card dan model pembelajaran konvensional terdapat perbedaan dalam hasil belajar. Hasil uji peningkatan N-Gain pada kedua kelas yang sama-sama termasuk kategori sedang. Dengan hasil penelitian tersebut, penulis merekomendasikan kepada guru agar lebih mengembangkan perancangan perangkat pembelajaran dengan sistematika yang baik untuk peserta didik agar mendapatkan hasil belajar yang optimal. -------- One of ways to investigate the successful learning process is to observe the learning outcomes. Based on the observation, the learning outcome of the students of SMKN Rajapolah are still not optimal. The learning model which is not suitable for the subjects becomes one of the causes. To make the target learning outcomes, traffic light card learning model variation is implemented. This study aims to discover the preliminary condition, the final condition, and the improvement of the students’ learning outcomes from the implemented traffic light card and conventional learning models. This study used quantitative method with quasi experimental, specified on nonequivalent control group design pattern. The sampling technique of this study was purposive sampling. The data gathered was based on observation scoring and tests. The result of the study shows that the student activity in the experiment class is in good category; meanwhile in the control class is in fair category. Moreover, the result of the observation scoring towards the teachers’ activity is included into good category in both classes. The preliminary conditions of the students in both learning methods implementations are similar; meanwhile the final conditions are different from each other. The result of the N-Gain improvement tests on both classes are in fair category. By those results, the researcher recommends improving the learning instrument planning to the teachers with a good systemic to get an optimal outcome from the students" @default.
