- W4254644151 abstract "日本ではデジタルマンモグラフィが急速に普及しているが，アンケート調査によると，ソフトコピー診断のみを行っている施設は２４％であった。デジタルマンモグラフィの潜在能力を引き出せるのはハードコピー診断ではなく，ソフトコピー診断である。デジタルマンモグラフィは広いダイナミックレンジを有しており，読影者は，モニター上でウインドウレベルやウインドウ幅を調節することによって，そこに記録されたデータを十分引き出すことができる。ソフトコピー診断は，CADの使用や過去画像との比較読影に関してハードコピー診断よりもシステム上有利であり，それらを診断に活用することが容易である。ソフトコピー診断は遠隔画像診断が可能であり，マンモグラフィを読影しながら視触診を行う検診システムを構築することによって，より精度の高い乳癌検診を行うことが可能である。本論文では具体的な読影手順も詳説し，ソフトコピー診断の生かし方について解説した。" @default.
