This work reported the co-pyrolysis of honeycomb residues and waste motor oil to obtain high-value energetic products. The oil products exhibited densities, and high heating values (HHV) averaged at 0.808 g/mL (at 20 °C) and 45.02 MJ/Kg, respectively. The sulfur content of oil products ranged from 669 to 1434 ppm, and the dynamic viscosity at 40 °C was, on average, close to 3.0 mPa*s. The oil products were studied through a 3-level factorial design experiment and showed high yields of hydrocarbons distributed in the range of fuels. The proposed pathway for fuel production from residues provides a feasible alternative, strengthening a society increasingly focused on achieving sustainable development objectives toward a net-zero emissions world." @default.
