- cod;;1:16-cv-02154_de156 RegisterActionDescriptionText "MINUTE ORDER re: 137 MOTION for Attorney Fees. You have set your dispute concerning attorney's fees for a hearing on June 12, 2019. In the meantime, you may wish to consider mediation through a program set up in connection with the court's Civil Pro Bono program, since the defendant has been represented by attorneys appointed through that program. Specifically, the Standing Committee on Pro Se Litigation created a Pro Bono Mediation Panel. The Mediation Panel was developed to assist the lawyers on the court's Civil Pro Bono Panel with a fair, cost-efficient, and informal means to resolve their pro bono cases, using the professional pro bono mediation services of a group of experienced volunteers. The Mediation Panel has between 15 to 21 members (it fluctuates), and all seem very enthused and eager to assist the court. The mediators include lawyers such as Jim Lyons, Gary Blum, Ann Frick, Skip Netzorg, Bill Meyer, and Boyd Boland. The group is chaired by Jane Michaels and Scott Barker. If you are interested, please let Chambers know, and we will ask deputy clerk Ed Butler to arrange for a suitable mediator for you. By Judge R. Brooke Jackson on 4/12/19.
