" The "HERE" refers to the U.S. District Court's website, Forms page, under "Civil" and counsel must select "Bill of Costs (AO 133) and Instructions." The filing party must also confer with opposing counsel and select a date to appear before the Clerk for a Taxation of Costs hearing. The selected date and time must appear on the Bill of Costs form (in the box indicating "Date and Time" in the lower right hand corner).
