The Defendant's Request is GRANTED for good cause shown as follows: The Court clarifies its prior Order and agrees with the Government that given its congested docket, and in the interest of judicial economy, testimony and other evidence will be taken at the evidentiary hearing set for March 12, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. on (a) issues related to the amount of loss attributable to the Defendant; and (b) matters appropriately subject to the Court's consideration under the sentencing factors of Sec. 3553(a). In order to expedite the presentation of evidence at said hearing, and to provide each side with ample advance notice of the testimony and other evidence to be presented, the Court ORDERS each party to file, no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, March 4, 2019, a list of all witnesses it or he intends to call at said hearing, and as to each such witness, the parties shall include a brief summary of that witness's anticipated testimony, as well as a brief description of the categories of exhibits it or he anticipates offering through that witness. Counsel are directed to Section V of this Court's Revised Practice Standards (as revised effective December 1, 2018) regarding Courtroom Procedures and Deadlines applicable to contested hearings, and they are strongly encouraged to stipulate to the admissibility of as many exhibits as possible.
