Krieger are hereby vacated based on the filing of Defendant Irene Michel-Arreolas motion to suppress (ECF #27). The parties shall contact the Clerk of U.S. Magistrate Judge Gordon P. Gallagher within 7 days to set a non-evidentiary motion hearing which will be held no sooner than the response date. A motion filing deadline is set for February 20, 2018 and a response deadline of March 6, 2018. At the hearing, non-evidentiary motions will be resolved or set for further determination, evidentiary motions will be set for hearing and trial may be set. Please confer prior to the hearing to determine whether issues are in dispute, then narrow the issues to be resolved or file appropriate documents resolving the motions prior to the hearing. This non-evidentiary hearing SHALL BE HELD in late March, 2018. Pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 43(b)(3), a Defendant need not be present for a matter considered to be a conference or hearing on a question of law. See also U.S. V.
