- cod;;1:17-cv-00605_de72 RegisterActionDescriptionText "MINUTE ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment 72 in which Plaintiff appears pro se and provides handwritten filings. In light of these facts, the Court finds good cause to modify its practice standards to relieve the parties from Judge Raymond P. Moore's Civil Practice Standards governing summary judgment motions. Thus, the parties need not file a separate statement of undisputed material facts in the three-column format required under the Standards, and the page limitations are waived. This is not, however, leave to file lengthy or prolix briefs. And, of course, the parties are still governed by the summary judgment standards of Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. SO ORDERED By Judge Raymond P. Moore on 12/12/2018. (Text Only Entry) (rmsec ) (Entered: 12/12/2018)" @default.
