On February 22, 2018, this Court issued an Order affirming Defendant Commissioner of Social Security's Final Decision denying Plaintiff 9D2B46B application for Social Security Income Benefits under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act. (Doc. # 18 ) On April 30, 2019, the Court of Appeals issued its Order and Judgment reversing this Court's February 22, 2018 Order and instructing the Court to remand the instant case to the Social Security Administration for reconsideration. (Doc. # 25 .) For the reasons set forth in the Order and Judgment of the Court of Appeals (Doc. # 25), this action is REMANDED to the Social Security Administration for reconsideration of its assessment of what Mr. 9D2B46B can do despite his mental limitations. The Court retains jurisdiction over this matter on remand, including Plaintiff's pending Motion for Award of Attorneys' Fees. (Doc. # 28 .) See Thomas v. Sullivan, 804 F. Supp. 1363, 1365 (D.
