The June 22, 2021 jury trial setting is vacated, and a jury trial is reset for November 30, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. The previous writ compelling Plaintiff's attendance at the previously scheduled jury trial is recalled, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to prepare and to issue a new personal appearance writ compelling Plaintiff's attendance at the November 30, 2021 jury trial in person. All motions in limine should be filed no later than October 18, 2021. All responses to any motions in limine should be filed no later than November 1, 2021. The Parties are reminded of their obligation to file a proposed final pretrial order fourteen (14) days before the final pretrial conference as required by Local Rule 16.3. Finally, Plaintiff should file a motion requesting that a video writ(s) be issued for any witness who he intends to call at trial and who is currently incarcerated within the Illinois Department of Corrections. In his motion, Plaintiff should identify the witness/inmate's name, the witness/inmate's IDOC number (if known), the IDOC institution where Plaintiff believes that the witness/inmate is being held, and the date and approximate time that Plaintiff wishes to call the witness/inmate as a witness at trial.
