Plaintiffs' amended complaint also must comply with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 10, which requires that all averments be made in numbered paragraphs; the contents of each paragraph shall be limited to a statement of a single set of circumstances. Plaintiff must promptly serve summons with a copy of the amended complaint on all defendants pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4. All relevant publications, including the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Filing a Civil Case Without An Attorney: A Guide of the Pro Se Litigant, and all relevant forms, including Notice of Lawsuit/Request for Waiver of Summons and Waiver of Summons, are available on the court's website at www.ilnd.uscourts.gov.
