Shake, 196 F.3d 778, 783 (7th Cir. 1999). A complaint is frivolous when it lacks an arguable basis in law or in fact. Neitzke v. Williams, 490 U.S. 319 (1989). In the instant case, plaintiff's complaint is frivolous and fails to state a claim. Plaintiff presents this court with fanciful (and conviluted) allegations concerning alleged wrongs done to her by various individuals, including the president of the United States and other politicians. The court is unable to decipher any cognizable claim in plaintiff's allegations. Because of this, plaintiff's comlaint must be dismissed under 28 U.S.C. 1915 (e)(2)(B). In light of this dismissal, plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis [3-1] is denied as moot. Case terminated. terminating case. Mailed notice (gcy) (Entered: 05/05/2003)" @default.
