- ilnd;;1:15-cv-01381_de9 RegisterActionDescriptionText "ORDER before the Honorable Charles R. Norgle, Sr: The U.S. Marshal's Service reports that is has not received the completed USM-285 service forms from Plaintiff (Dkt. No. 7.) After review of the docket, it appears that the court's March 2, 2015, order, as well as the service forms, were inadvertently sent to an incorrect address. The Clerk is directed to update the docket to reflect that Plaintiff's last known address was Sheridan Correctional Center. However, according to a check of Illinois Department of Correction's inmate locator web page, BAECD0D is now on parole. BAECD0D has not provided an updated address. Plaintiff is ordered to show cause within 28 days for his failure to provide this court with an updated address upon his parole. Plaintiff may discharge the order by providing an updated address within 28 days of the date of this order. If he fails to do so, the cause will be summarily dismissed. See Federal Election Commission v. Al Salvi for Senate Committee, 205 F.3d 1015, 1018(7th Cir.2000)(court has authority both inherently and under Rule 41(b) to dismiss case as sanction for failure to prosecute and noncompliance with court order). The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this order, the Court's March 2, 2015, order, two blank USM-285 forms, and instructions for submitting documents to Plaintiff's last know address.
