The Defendant is admonished to comply with the conditions of his pretrial release. For the reasons stated on the record, the terms of Defendant's release are modified to permit him to travel to Chicago, Illinois from 10/22/2020 through 10/26/2020 for the purposes of visiting his children. Specifically, Defendant will be permitted to participate in supervised parenting time and visitation subject to the restrictions set by the Circuit Court of Cook County. Defendant is also permitted to shop for Halloween costumes with his children, consistent with the discussion on the record. Defendant shall provide Pretrial Services with the details of his travel according to the timetable requested by his Pretrial Services Officer. During his stay in Chicago, Defendant will reside at his apartment at 4837 W. Montrose Avenue, Unit 1, Chicago, Illinois 60641. Other than the activities specifically permitted by this Order, Defendant shall remain at his residence at all times unless otherwise approved by Pretrial Services. Defendant is to be placed on Home Detention with Location Monitoring, which will include GPS, upon his arrival in Chicago, and he shall remain on Home Detention with Location Monitoring for the duration of his stay in Chicago. All other conditions of bond remain in place. Pretrial Services shall inform the Court by email to the courtroom deputy, with defense counsel copied, as to whether there were any issues with the Defendant's scheduled travel to Chicago.
