- ilnd;;1:20-cv-02134_de105 RegisterActionDescriptionText "MINUTE entry before the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly: MINUTE entry before the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly: This order is entered by Judge Kennelly as emergency judge. Today's 1:15 PM hearing will be held by video conference, with telephone conference as a fallback if there are technical problems with the video conference. The Court will send an invitation for the video conference to counsel of record for plaintiffs, defendant, and the proposed intervenor. The invitation will include instructions for participating by video and also participating by telephone only and will include a password for video access. Participation in the video aspect of the hearing will be limited to three lawyers for plaintiffs, three lawyers for defendants, and one lawyer for the proposed intervenor, though the Court does not anticipate that the proposed intervenor will be presenting arguments on the request for expedited discovery or the motion to stay the preliminary injunction pending appeal. Others may participate by telephone. Counsel should sign in at least 10 minutes early to make sure they have the correct video and audio settings. For purposes of public and press access, audio-only access to the hearing will be available via the following call-in number: 571-353-2300, access code 314-468-475. If there are technical problems with the video conference, the Court will recess the video hearing and will resume the hearing by telephone conference. The call-in number for the fallback telephone conference is 888-684-8852, and the access code is 746-1053. All persons granted remote video or audio access to proceedings are reminded of the prohibitions against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed appropriate by the Court.
