Before bringing a discovery dispute to the Court's attention, the parties must confer in good faith in an attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute informally, they shall jointly contact chambers at (202) 354-3400 to schedule a teleconference. Thereafter, the parties shall prepare a joint email to send to the Court at Friedrich_Chambers@dcd.uscourts.gov that provides a clear, concise description of the issues in dispute.
