Defendants file 63 , a response to Plaintiff's 53 , Notice of Dangerous Retaliation. In the motion, Plaintiff claims that defendants have retaliated by refusing to renew his necessary prescribed medications. Defendants have provided Plaintiff's medical records as well as the sworn affidavit of Nurse 327C921. These indicate that Plaintiff's prescribed medications are; anti-dandruff shampoo, artificial tears, hydrocortisone cream, loratadine (Claritin), moisturizing lotion, and tramadol (ultram). Plaintiff received bottles of anti-dandruff shampoo on September 13, 2016 and October 2016. He received a bottle of artificial tears on September 20, 2016 and October 18, 2016 and a tube of hydrocortisone cream on September 27, 2016. A tube of hydrocortisone cream is supposed to last one month and Defendants assert that he will receive another tube of hydrocortisone cream toward the end of October. On September 20, 2016 and October 18, 2016, Plaintiff received 30 pills of Claritin and is to take one pill every evening. Plaintiff received a bottle of moisturizing lotion on September 14, 2016 and October 10, 2016. Plaintiff has a current prescription for two tablets of 50 mg tramadol at bedtime and the medical records indicate that these doses have been daily dispensed by the medical staff. Plaintiff's 53 fails to identify either the need for injunctive relief or that irreparable harm will result if injunctive relief is not granted." Foodcomm Int'l v.
