Plaintiff has sent a letter claiming that unidentified prison employees at Pontiac are retaliating against him for Plaintiff's complaints. He asks to be transferred to Stateville Correctional Center and to be interviewed by outside investigators. Whether Plaintiff intends to pursue a lawsuit is unclear. If Plaintiff does intend to file a lawsuit, he must file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis and a complaint naming the individuals responsible for the alleged retaliation. If Plaintiff does intend to pursue a lawsuit, the $350 filing fee must be taken from his prison account in installments, regardless of the outcome of the case. 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1). By April 29, 2016, Plaintiff is directed to file a complaint and either pay a $400 filing fee or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis and pay a $350 filing fee in installments. If Plaintiff does not do so, the Court will assume that Plaintiff does not intend to pursue a lawsuit at this time and will dismiss this case, without prejudice and without imposing a filing fee. The clerk is directed to send Plaintiff the standard complaint and in forma pauperis forms, with instructions.(VH, ilcd) (Entered: 04/08/2016)" @default.
