If the Plaintiff DOES NOT wish to pursue the additional lawsuit against Pontiac officials, he must file a motion to dismiss within 21 days or on or before June 9, 2016. The case will then be dismissed and no additional filing fee will be accessed. If Plaintiff DOES wish to pursue his claims against Pontiac in a separate lawsuit, then he MUST file an amended complaint clearly identifying his Defendants, his specific claims against each Defendant and the general time frame involved. In addition, Plaintiff must either file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ifp) or pay the entire $400 filing fee in full. The Plaintiff must file his amended complaint and ifp motion or fee payment on or before June 9, 2016. The Clerk is to provide the Plaintiff with a blank complaint form and ifp form to assist him. Any filing concerning the claims against the Pontiac officials MUST include Case No. 16-1149 written at the top of the document. If the Plaintiff takes no action in 9CFA0CF v 21E5645, Case No. 16-1149 by the June 9, 2016 deadline, this case may be dismissed, but Plaintiff will still be responsible for the additional filing fee.
