- ilcd;;1:16-cv-01170_de97 RegisterActionDescriptionText "TEXT ORDER: Entered by Judge Sara Darrow on 4/26/2018. Plaintiff's Motion to Compel 77 is DENIED. The Court reopened discovery to allow Defendants to comply with the Court's Order directing them to produce the Wexford policies in question. Given that Plaintiff attached the policies to his motion, the Court finds that Defendants have complied with the Order. Although Plaintiff indicates that he did not receive copies of guidelines from the American Correctional Association and National Commission on Correctional Healthcare cited in the Wexford policies at issue, the Court did not order Defendants to produce references from which the Wexford policy was drawn, and the Court does not see how they are relevant in this case. Because Defendants complied with the Court's order, there is no basis upon which to issue sanctions, and Plaintiffs Motion for Sanctions 78 is therefore DENIED. See. Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(b)(2)(A). Plaintiff's Motion to Stay Dispositive Motions Deadline 81 until he receives the documents he sought in his motion to compel is DENIED. Based on the rulings above, a stay on that basis is not appropriate. If Plaintiff needs additional time to file a dispositive motion once due, he may file a motion for extension of time.
