This order remains in place. However, if the parties anticipate having any witnesses appear by video, the Clerk needs at least two weeks to issue the appropriate video writs and to set up the video conferencing with the facility. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED: Inmates of the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) who are not parties to this case shall appear by video conference at trial, and IDOC employees who are not parties may also appear by video conference. No later than 2/6/2019, counsel for the parties must provide the following information to the Clerk in writing: (1) the name, inmate number, and place of incarceration for each inmate to be called as a witness; (2) the name and place of employment for each IDOC employee to be called as a witness by video conferencing; (3) the date and time the video witness will be called, and (4) the anticipated length of the witness's testimony. Any witness for which this information is not provided to the Clerk by 2/6/2019 may NOT appear by video during the trial. The parties are otherwise responsible for timely obtaining and serving any necessary subpoenas, as well as providing the necessary witness and mileage fees. Fed. R. Civ. P. 45.
