The amended complaint must stand complete on its own, include all claims, and must not make reference to any previous complaint. In addition, Plaintiff must clearly state which Defendants were involved, when and where they were involved, and what Plaintiff is accusing each of doing. A Scheduling Order will be entered directing the parties to provide initial relevant discovery and providing information to assist the pro se litigant during discovery. The Court will abide by the following scheduling deadlines: 1) all discovery must be completed on or before October 27, 2017; 2) any dispositive motions must be filed on or before November 30, 2017; 3) a pretrial conference is scheduled for March 30, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. by telephone conference call; and 4) a jury trial is scheduled for May 7, 2018 at the U.S. Federal Courthouse in Peoria, Illinois.
