[162.] The case remains stayed. On August 21, 2017, court orders sent to Petitioner were returned as undeliverable. [170.] On March 5, 2018, the Court directed the parties to file a joint status report no later than June 30, 2018 or seven days after the conclusion of the pending state court proceedings, whichever came first. [174.] The Court's March 5, 2018 order also was returned returned as undeliverable. [175.] On June 20, 2018, Respondent filed a status report noting that Respondent is no longer in state custody and representing that Respondent does not have Petitioners current address. [176.] Petitioner's address on the docket still is listed as Stateville Correctional Center. Petitioner is directed to file a change-of-address form with the Court to ensure that Petitioner receives future court orders and filings. Petitioner is cautioned that failure to do so may result in summary dismissal of his claims for want of prosecution. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a); see also Dohm v. Gilday, 2003 WL 22118932, at *2 (N.D. Ill. Sept. 11, 2003) (granting motion to dismiss for want of prosecution based in part on plaintiff's failure to file a change-of-address form). Signed by the Honorable Robert M. Dow, Jr on 7/23/2018. Mailed notice. (sxb, ) (Entered: 07/23/2018)" @default.
