- ilnd;;1:05-cv-07232_de98 RegisterActionDescriptionText "MINUTE entry before Judge Virginia M. Kendall : Plaintiff D052B7B has filed a motion to reconsider the Court's February 27, 2006 ruling to supplement the record. Primarily Plaintiff realleges the same arguments in her filings which have been rejected by the Court. However, Plaintiff also challenges the Court's interpretation of the facts as set forth in the Court's opinions; specifically challenging the fact that there is an on-going state court proceeding and that her divorce occurred in Cook County and not Lake County. The Court has culled through a voluminous stack of numerous filings with exhibits that Plaintiff has made in the past two months and has based its factual basis on the facts as set forth in those filings and exhibits. Based upon the transcripts and orders attached to Plaintiff's own prior filings in this matter, the Court believes that state court cases 93 D 2984 and 05 OP 1348 are ongoing matters. The Court stands corrected that these cases have been consolidated in Cook, rather than Lake, counties. See Exhibit D to Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Request Representation by the Government Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1514(a)(2) (copy of a motion filed by plaintiff on February 23, 2006 in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations Division, No. 93 D 2984 consolidated with Lake County 05 OP 1348). Plaintiff's motion to reconsider 96 is denied. Mailed notice (gmr, ) (Entered: 03/30/2006)" @default.
