The Court also concludes that in view of theneed for the assistance of counsel in either facilitating settlement or preparing this case for trial, appointment ofcounsel is appropriate and would be helpful to the parties and to the Court.Accordingly, the Court appoints David P. Vallas, Wildman Harrold, 225 West Wacker Drive, Suite 3000,Chicago, IL 60606-1229, Phone: (312) 201-2192, E-mail: vallas@wildman.com, to represent Defendant inthe above-entitled matter in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rule83.37.
