- ilnd;;1:11-cr-00192_de16 RegisterActionDescriptionText "MINUTE entry before the Honorable Suzanne B. Conlon as to F2143AC:Sentencing hearing held. The minute order dated June 7, 2011 is vacated in part. The sentence For reasons stated in open court, a sentence of six months home confinement with electronic monitoring is imposed to begin by July 1, 2011, followed by two years of supervised release is stricken. The stricken language would be considered by the Bureau of Prisons as a six month custody sentence, which was not the courts intention. In addition, a home detention sentence with electronic monitoring as a condition of probation would not be feasible, give the recusal of the Probation Office for this district and the problems the Northern District of Indiana have expressed in monitoring an out of state home confinement/electronic monitoring sentence under the circumstances of this case. The court did not enter a judgment and committal order following the June 7th hearing because the Indiana Probation Offices objections to supervising defendants home confinement were communicated to chambers staff. Defendant is sentenced to three years probation with the special condition that she serve eight weekends in the custody of the Metropolitan Correction Center (MCC). Beginning Friday, July 8, 2011, defendant shall report to the MCC every Friday after 6:00 p.m. and be released the following Monday by 10:00 a.m. This intermittent sentence shall be completed by Monday, August 29, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. provided defendant has fully served eight weekends in custody. Defendant is advised that failure to report to the MCC is considered an escape and may result in her arrest on separate charges. When the intermittent confinement condition is satisfied, defendant shall be placed on unsupervised probation. The Indiana Probation Office shall furnish all requested documentation to the Bureau of Prisons. All other terms of the June 7, 2011 order stand. Mailed notice (air, ) (Entered: 06/10/2011)" @default.
