Settlement conference is set for all parties and all cases on 8/08/13 and 8/09/13 at 10:00 a.m. The settlement conferences will be held in chambers, Rm. 1846. The schedule for exchange of settlement letters required by the Standing Order is as follows: plaintiffs' counsel shall serve a settlement letter on defense counsel by 7/01/13, and defendants' counsel shall serve a settlement letter on plaintiffs' counsel by 7/19/13. Parties with "full and complete settlement authority," as defined in the Standing Order, must personally attend the conference. The parties who attend the conference shall read all settlement letters prior to the commencement of the conference. Failure to comply with the Standing Order or with the schedule set in this order may result in sanctions. The parties further report that they are working towards filing an agreed motion to consolidate Case # 13 C 1707 in order to participate in the set discovery schedule and the upcoming settlement conference. The parties are to confirm with the Court, prior to the settlement conference, whether any additional entities who are not parties to the foregoing lawsuits will appear for the settlement conferences set for 8/08/13 and 8/09/13.
