(Case No. 99 CF 82, 12th Judicial Circuit.) By order of March 27, 2014, in 302A145 v. Anglin, Case Nos. 13-3810 and 14-1469, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit affirmed the dismissal of a successive habeas petition challenging the same sentence, and sanctioned Petitioner for the frivolous appeal with a $500 fine.
