The Court authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $90.27 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. Plaintiff's trust fund officer must collect 60% of all income into Plaintiff's trust account and forward the funds to the Court Clerk until accrued filing fees are paid. The Court directs the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the trust account officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement. However, summonses shall not issue under this case number. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation # 4 is granted. Edward M. Fox, recruited counsel in 56AC74E v. Dart, Case No. 18 CV 3734 (N.D. Ill.), has kindly agreed to represent Plaintiff in connection with his claims in this matter as well. Accordingly, the Court assigns Edward M.
