The Court also advised Plaintiff that although the Clerk is not obligated to attempt to locate inmates, it appeared that he had been transferred from the Cook County Jail to the Stateville Correctional Center's Northern Reception and Classification Center. The Court thus directed the Clerk to update Plaintiff's address, advised Plaintiff that he needed to confirm his address, and warned him that this case would be subject to dismissal if he failed to keep his address up to date. Finally, the Court advised Plaintiff that if he did not pay or renew his IFP motion and confirm his address by May 9, 2019, this case would be summarily dismissed. Clerk's Office staff reconfirmed Plaintiff's address before mailing the April 11, 2019 order, discovered that he had been moved to the Vienna Correctional Center, and again updated Plaintiff's address despite not having a change-of-address notice from him. Thus, the Clerk's Office sent the April 11, 2019 order to Plaintiff's correct address. Plaintiff has not addressed his fee status or updated his address as required by the April 11, 2019 order, or otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice. Having brought this action, Plaintiff remains obligated to pay the full filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1).
