Upon reconsideration, the Court grants Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation [R. 4]. The Court requests that Bradley M. Cosgrove / Clifford Law Offices / 120 N. LaSalle Street, 31st Floor / Chicago, Illinois 60602 / (312) 899-9090 / bmc@cliffordlaw.com represent Plaintiff, in accordance with counsel's trial bar commitment under Local Rule 83.37 (N.D. Ill.). The Court encourages counsel to visit the Northern District's Pro Bono web page at http://www.ilnd.uscourts.gov/Pages. aspx?page=Pro Bono (case sensitive) for various resources related to pro bono representation. The Court grants Plaintiff, by recruited counsel, leave to file a second amended complaint by February 13, 2020, assuming counsel can do so consistent with his obligations under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The case is set for a status hearing on February 18, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. Recruited counsel falls within the class of users listed in the Electronic Public Access fee schedule adopted by the Judicial Conference of the United States. Therefore, counsel shall be exempt from the payment of fees for access via PACER to the electronic case files maintained in this court for the above-captioned case, plus 787CE5A v. Chicago Police Dep't, Case No. 93 CV 7108 (N.D. Ill.), 787CE5A v. County of Cook, Case No. 08 CV 5161 (N.D. Ill.), 787CE5A v. Chicago Police Dep't, Case No. 19 CV 5273 (N.D. Ill.), and 787CE5A v. Dixon Correctional Center, Case No. 19 CV 6684 (N.D. Ill.). Counsel is directed to open a separate PACER account for use in these cases only. Fees are exempt for this case and the other identified cases filed in this court by this Plaintiff only; counsel shall not be exempt from the payment of fees incurred in connection with other uses of the PACER system in this court. This exemption is valid immediately and for the duration of counsel's participation in this matter. This exemption may be revoked at the discretion of the Court at any time.
