With the consent of the Defendant Ryan Rowley, all parties appear remotely (through a combination of telephone and video conference) pursuant to the CARES Act. Daniel Hesler of the Federal Defender Program is appointed to represent Defendant pending determination of Defendant's eligibility for court-appointed counsel. Defendant acknowledges receipt of the Indictment, waives formal reading, and enters a plea of not guilty as to all counts against him in the Indictment. The Government and Defendant agree on conditions of release, which the Court accepts with the modifications made on the record. Defendant released on $4,500 appearance bond with conditions. The parties shall submit the completed bond paperwork to the courtroom deputy (David_Lynn@ilnd.uscourts.gov). Defendant is ordered released after processing. The Government's oral motion to unseal the case is granted. The Clerk is directed to unseal the case in its entirety. Telephonic status hearing set for 4/16/2021 at 9:00 AM.
