Plaintiff will make their initial production of non-privilege documents by 8/31/20; file a response to defendants' position statement regarding third-party customer discovery that is attached as Exhibit A to the parties' 8/26/20 joint status report; complete its privilege review of the culled documents by 9/2/20; perform a search on Andy Mills email box and produce those documents by 9/4/20; and a provide a privilege log by 9/8/20. The Court further orders that defendants are to make Pete Melchior be available for his deposition during the week of 9/14/20 and that defendants shall complete the deposition of Deb Coligado during the week of 9/14/20.
