- ilnd;;3:11-cv-50329_de120 RegisterActionDescriptionText "ORDER: The law requires this court to make a determination of good cause to seal any part of the record of a case. Citizens First Natl Bank v. Cincinnati Ins. Co., 178 F.3d 943, 944 (7th Cir. 1999). In this case, plaintiff accidentally filed her Rule 26 disclosures, consisting of otherwise-confidential medical records which were not the basis of any judicial decision. See Baxter Intl, Inc. v. Abbott Labs., 297 F.3d 544, 545 (7th Cir. 2002) (noting that secrecy is "fine at the discovery stage" but that those documents which influence or underpin the judicial decision are open to publicinspection unless they meet the definition of trade secrets or other categories of bona fide longterm confidentiality."). Therefore, plaintiff has established good cause to seal her accidentallyfileddisclosures. Plaintiffs unopposed motion to seal or strike document 65 115 is granted. The clerk is directed to seal document 65 in its entirety. Additionally, the parties have filed a stipulation to dismiss this action. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed and this case is closed. Signed by the Honorable Frederick J. Kapala on 12/31/2013:mailed Notice (pg, ) (Entered: 12/31/2013)" @default.
