The Court took the matter under advisement.5) The Court informed the parties that it would review 45 the Courts order to show cause in Ratliff v. GSK, 20-cv-10047; 31 the Courts order to show cause in Roland v. GSK, 20-cv-10901; and 19 GSKs motion for order to show cause in Nelson v. GSK, 20-cv-11210.6) The Court informed the parties of the difficulties of scheduling a trial date due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Pending the Courts decision on several motions, the Court tentatively scheduled a trial in the Rodriguez v. GSK, 15-cv-13762 case to begin on October 18, 2021, to last four weeks. Any party who has a potential conflict with the date or length of the trial should notify the Court in writing within 14 days.7) The Court set a status conference for Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. The conference shall be conducted by video conference.
