The Court will hear testimony from Sergeant Wilson, Captain Sean Toman, Deputy Chief Walsh, and Officer Sigmund as to the contents of the body camera footage and why the evidence was not preserved. The Court will also hear testimony from a witness familiar with the technical system for uploading and maintaining body camera footage as well as the evidence audit trail. Defendants shall provide technical manuals associated with the system before the hearing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties may supplement and re-file a Motion for Sanctions and Motion for Summary Judgment based on testimony received at the hearing.
