Through conducting a face-to-face interview, a total of 554 questionnaires were collected from employees who were full-time employees of the five-star hotels operating in the south-west part of Turkey. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) indicates a remarkable result that both OJ and OT have a significant and positive influence on affective commitment (AC), continuance commitment (CC) and normative commitment (NC). Contrarily, OJ, OT and dimensions of OC have a significant and negative influence on organizational deviance. As a result, the findings indicate that all factors have a significant correlation with each other." @default.
