- W1036524145 abstract "目的了解缺血性脑卒中患者TOAST病因分型构成，分析各亚型的危险因素及其与复发的关系。方法采用前瞻性队列研究方法，收集2010年10月1日～2011年9月30日在大连医科大学附属一院神经内科住院的首发缺血性脑卒中患者病例资料，按照TOAST标准进行病因分型，随访1年，将复发及因复发而死亡记录为终点事件，分析TOAST各亚型构成、相关危险因素及与复发的关系。结果共纳入研究队列421例，其中复发及因复发而死亡共58例，复发率为13．8％，TOAST各亚型构成比中：不明原因型最多（42-3％），其他明确病因型最少（0．2％）。各亚型中1年复发率：心源性栓塞型最高（33．3％），不明病因型次之（14．6％），其他明确病因型无复发。各亚型间性别、年龄、TC、LDL、FIB、GLU、个人史，既往史等差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论TOAST分型作为一种缺血性脑卒中病因分型方法，可以为缺血性脑卒中二级预防提供参考依据。" @default.
