- W109751510 abstract "FGF23は，骨により産生され，Klotho-FGF受容体複合体に作用することにより，腎近位尿細管でのリン再吸収と，血中1,25-水酸化ビタミンD濃度の低下を介する腸管リン吸収の抑制により，血中リン濃度を低下させるホルモンである．このためFGF23作用障害により，リン再吸収の亢進を伴う高リン血症を特徴とする，家族性高リン血症性腫瘍状石灰沈着症が惹起される．逆に過剰なFGF23活性が，いくつかの低リン血症性くる病/骨軟化症の原因となることも明らかとなった．さらにFGF23は，慢性腎臓病に伴う骨ミネラル代謝異常（CKD-MBD）の発現にも関与することが示されている．臨床的には，血中FGF23濃度の測定が低リン血症性疾患の鑑別に有用であることが提唱されている．またFGF23過剰産生モデル動物では，FGF23活性の抑制が病態を改善させることが報告されている．従ってFGF23作用を調節する方法が，今後リン代謝異常症の新たな治療法となる可能性がある．" @default.
