- W1199593249 abstract "目的探讨氯吡格雷联合蚓激酶对急性脑梗死（ACI）患者血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原和血小板聚集的影响。方法ACI患者100例随机均分为治疗组和对照组。在基础治疗的基础上，治疗组加用氯吡格雷和蚓激酶，对照组加用拜阿司匹林，连用3个月。比较两组治疗前后血浆I）_二聚体水平、血浆纤维蛋白原和血小板聚集率的变化。结果治疗3个月后，两组血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原和血小板聚集率均较治疗前下降（P〈0．05），治疗组较对照组下降更明显（P〈0．05）；治疗组脑功能改善总显效率高于对照组（96％VS．70％）（P〈0．01）。结论在基础治疗的基础上，加用氯吡格雷和蚓激酶可以降低血浆纤维蛋白原水平和血小板聚集率，改善ACI患者脑神经功能。" @default.
