Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Hotel Angsoka Singaraja dengan responden sebanyak 50 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah wawancara dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis faktor melalui program SPSS versi 16.0, yang meliputi Uji Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin of Sampling adequacy (KMO and Barllet’s Test), Uji Measure of Sampling Adequacy (MSA), koefesien varimax rotation, dan rotasi faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 3 faktor yang mempengaruhi rekrutmen tenaga kerja pada Hotel Angsoka Singaraja, yaitu (1) citra perusahaan dengan Varimax Rotation sebesar 22,022%, rencana SDM dengan Varimax Rotation sebesar 17,294%, dan kebijakan promosi dari dalam dengan Varimax Rotation sebesar 11,397%. Citra perusahaan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi rekrutmen tenaga kerja pada Hotel Angsoka Singaraja yaitu memiliki Varimax Rotation sebesar 22,022%. Kata Kunci : rekrutmen, tenaga kerja The purpose of these research is to know (1) labor recruitment in Angsoka Singaraja Hotel (2) the factors that affected the labor recruitment in Angsoka Singaraja Hotel, (3) ) the dominant factor which have been affected the labor recruitment in Angsoka Singaraja Hotel. This research have done at Angsoka Singaraja Hotel with 50 units number respondent. The method for collected data is interview and questioner. The data is analyzed by the factor analysis through SPSS program 16.0 version, which include Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin of Sampling adequacy test (KMO and Barllet's Test), Measure of Sampling Adequacy test (MSA), koefesien varimax rotation, and factor rotation. The result of these research have shown that there are three factor which affected on the labor recruitment at Angsoka Singaraja Hotel. These factors were (1) the corporate image with varimax rotation of 22,022%, (2) human resource plan with varimax rotation of 17,294%, and (3) a policy of promoting from within with varimax rotation of 11,37%.
