- W134861364 abstract "Abstract The paper offers a brief survey of the most recent results obtained in the impact control field, with a particular attention to the control schemes that have been already experimentally tested. A fundamental, general classification of the solutions proposed in literature is made with reference to the existence or not of a “switching condition” in the definition of the control scheme. The use of integral terms in switching control laws is discussed with particular attention. A unique common approach, which has been proposed by the author and A.
