- W13733308 abstract "主治療が終了した 20 歳以上 80 歳未満の男女 60 名のがん患者を対象に，タベブイア・アベラネダエ（タヒボ）エッセンスの通常量 2.0 g/日，2 倍量 4.0 g/日，3 倍量 6.0 g/日をそれぞれランダムに 6 ヶ月間投与し，血液・生化学データ・尿検査・有害事象，各種免疫パラメーター検査，尿中 8-OHdG，QOL 調査を行った．脱落例は 5 例みられたが，エキス摂取との因果関係はなかった．血液・生化学検査では，ヘモグロビン値は正常値範囲内での変動をみたが，その他には異常な値は見られなかった．エキス摂取によるアレルギーなどの副作用症状も見られなかった．免疫パラメーターや尿中 8-OHdG には有意な変化はなかったものの，炎症マーカーである高感度 CRP は摂取により有意に改善したことから，本エキスが血管の動脈硬化防止に役立つ可能性も示唆された．日本では本例のような食品の長期安全性試験はほとんど実施されていないので，今後同様な試験が数多く実施されることが望まれる．" @default.
