- W1413761051 abstract "Three resistant mutants XY6-1R052,XY6-1R140,XY6-1R202 to procymidone were obtained from the sensitive wild strain XY6-1S of Botrytis cinerea treated with ultraviolet,N-methyl-N-nitroguanidine and procymidone respectively.They had high resistance with EC50 of 100 μg·mL-1 and MIC of 1 000 μg·mL-1.Procymidone at the concentration of 1-4 μg·mL-1 could not only hinder the mycelial growth of the sensitive strain,but also lead to the hyphal distortion and cell wall disruption.But there were no distinct effects on the resistant mutants in the same condition.The mycelial growth of the resistant mutants was significantly worse on the media with sucrose(20 g·L-1) or NaCl(1.25 g·L-1) than that of the sensitive strain,which indicated that the resistant strains were more sensitive to high osmotic stress than the sensitive one.In addition,the relative conductivity of the resistant mutants were obviously higher than that of the sensitive strain,which showed that the membrane permeability of the resistant strains was distinctly changed to leak cell electrolyte out.When grown in the media amended with procymidone,glycerol the hyphae of the sensitive strain sharply increased and abundantly accumulated by 904.63% while that in the resistant mutants only increased by 20.54%-40.00%,which implied that the sensitive strain had better regulation ability to osmotic stress than the resistant mutants." @default.
